The Dragons of Heaven led by Kamui and the Dragons of Earth led by Fuuma battle for the fate of the earth and all of the people who inhabit. Beginning with Tokyo, the two opposing groups fight against old friends, make new ones, and battle inner demons of their own. The movie presents a brief snippet of the entire manga series, focusing on Kamui, Fuuma, and Fuuma's sister, Kotori.
